I remember that the original show used to have an after episode "and knowing is half the battle" thing. One was a schoolmate trying to get in a fight with the red ranger and he kept using his martial arts to trip the guy and prevent him from fighting him and just kept talking to him. It was a good message.

Suicide is such an awful thing… He was my number one hero growing up so this hurts a lot, especially as someone who’s dealt with crippling depression for half my life. I got to meet him when I was 8 or 9 when he came to my karate dojo for a meet and greet. He was awesome to all the kids, showed us a ton of sick moves and let us practice our best ones on him. Held a board out for me and I jump kicked that plank in two like a freakin champ. I got a signed poster that will always be one of my most prized possessions.
