Kinda silly if you have no other use, but machinists screw jacks would do the trick. https://www.amazon.com/HHIP-3901-00...143&sr=8-6&th=1 Also consider: Big diameter bolt and a large coupler style nut. If I had none of those things, prybars and blocks of wood, or a carefully positioned air hammer turned to juuuuust the right air setting.

I'd use either a prybar, or a crescent wrench adjusted down to the thickness of the sheet metal. I doubt they need more than a little tweak in each direction, those ears get pinched in the process of torquing the control arm in place.

Use a big prybar, and heat up the pinched area a bit first with a torch
